Pay Attention to Non-verbal Signals
Use of non-verbal communication like facial expressions, body movement and gestures, eye contact, posture etc. can tell others more about how you are feeling. Make sure that your non-verbal signals match up with the words you are saying. It helps you to increase trust, clarity and rapport. If your body language doesn’t match what you are saying then it creates mistrust and confusion to the listener.
