Pay Attention to Non-verbal Signals

Use of non-verbal communication like facial expressions, body movement and gestures, eye contact, posture etc. can tell others more about how you are feeling. Make sure that your non-verbal signals match up with the words you are saying. It helps you to increase trust, clarity and rapport.
