We are fully equipped for any type of medical professionals recruitment across UK. We accept candidates from around the globe with full functional healthcare and migration services. Here is the brief description on our medical recruitment process for our candidates.

  • Finding candidates and clients: With various marketing strategies we source our candidates and clients. Some of the strategy includes wide use of online and social media sites, the Internet, referral networks and our very own Synergy database of registered professionals.
  • Telephone talks: telephone conversation will clarify the employment status and their interest to work of applicant.
  • An interview: Synergy will conduct an face-to-face interviews and verifies qualifications, training, certificates and license for working with us.
  • Skill evaluation: Undertake skill evaluation for a specific position after the interview on the same day.
  • Shortlist: candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their employment history, skill test results and relevant qualifications and certificates etc.
  • Client Interview: organize and co ordinate applicant interview with the client or employer after shortlisting.
  • Client’s shortlisting: Clients will shortlist candidates; Synergy will provide all consultation on behalf of candidates.
  • If selected, Reference and legal certification check: we will conduct references, DBS, medical check for the placement.
  • Offer employment: Synergy will make an offer on behalf of employer, a formal letter of offer with employment contract procedure will be sent.
  • Follow up: After acceptance from both parties, make sure of smooth transition of the new employee in the placement from the very first day to their payment.
